Personal Mythologies is a showcase exhibit personally curated by renowned artist April Sunami, featuring multiple Columbus Black artists. The exhibit interrogates the ways in which we each make sense and meaning of the world around us. In Personal Mythologies, artists were challenged to interpret how rituals, symbols and stories help us shape how we see ourselves and each other. Featured artists: April Sunami, Marcus Blackwell, Michol Childress, LaShae Boyd, Melissa Childress, David Butler, Wendy Kendrick, AdaObii Moore and Queen Brooks.
Opening night is October 22 at 7:00 pm, and can only be attended by reservation here with a maximum of 40 attendees. It is free, but requires an RSVP. Masks are required.
Gallery visits are by appointment only on dedicated days.
